Take ownership of designing and developing visual products and communication materials across multiple channels, ensuring high aesthetic quality and communication effectiveness. Ensure images, videos, and design materials consistently follow the company’s Brand Identity and Visual Guidelines. Manage the brand’s visual asset library, including templates, logos, key visuals, photo/video libraries, and other brand assets, ensuring consistency and reusability. Collaborate on ideas, concepts, and scripts; handle photography, videography, and short-form content production for communication activities. Handle post-production, including video editing, image retouching, audio and color correction, and basic motion graphics. Produce media content for events, corporate culture activities, Employee Stories, Employer Branding, brand communications, and external communications. Stay updated on trends and proactively propose new formats and creative approaches to improve communication effectiveness.
