This position presents a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic environment of a high-growth tech startup and play a crucial role in shaping its future.We are seeking a driven and ambitious Personal Assistant or Team Assistant who excels in fast-paced environments and is enthusiastic about supporting our visionary leaders at Immutable.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮

• Directly support the Co-Founders both at work and as a personal assistant (and in work-only support to VP Product), handling calendar management, email inbox management, travel, and communication with stakeholders
• Contribute to operational efficiency by refining existing processes and participating in the development of new strategies
• Coordinate events, offsites, and travel arrangements for Co-Founders and the broader Executive team as required
• Manage personal finances and accounting needs with the Co-Founders and external firms
• Tackling various ad-hoc tasks that arise
• Collaborate in crafting visually engaging slide decks, reports and documents as needed

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝

• 2-5+ years experience as a Personal or Team Assistant
• Experience as a top performer with high integrity in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously 
• The ability to work across the week suiting founder needs (early morning and evening tasks as needed) and work flexibly
• The ability to work in the Sydney office multiple days a week or as required

• Experience supporting founders in a PA capacity, previously highly regarded
