<p>Responsibilities</p><ul> <li>Manage and moderate our Telegram group chat (answer questions, engage members, prevent spam). </li> <li>Share updates, announcements, and explain project details to the community. </li> <li>Monitor and interpret on-chain data (via Etherscan, BaseScan, Solscan, etc.) to answer community questions. </li> <li>Collect feedback and community insights, then summarize for the core team. </li> <li>Support community growth and engagement initiatives.</li> <li>Test comparable products, research comparable projects and ecosystems.</li> </ul>

Learn about BAP Program <a href="https://www.binance.com/en/blog/all/early-career-program-how-binance-gears-up-early-career-talent-3048651" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc" target="_blank">HERE</a> .<b>Who may apply </b>Current university students and recent graduates.<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><ul><li>Manage and grow Binance MENAP social media accounts (X, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, etc.) with a clear focus on strategic content planning, publishing, and real-time engagement.</li><li>Create and execute social media content plans and monthly content calendars across platforms.</li><li>Localize global campaign narratives and content to resonate with the Arabic-speaking audience — including cultural adaptation and accurate translation of copy.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with design, content, product, marketing, and KOL teams to brief and execute social-first video and static content.</li><li>Support in briefing processes for design and video production — including scripting, visual direction, and deliverable formats.</li><li>Provide social media coverage for Binance MENA activations and events, including live stories, reels, and post-event recaps.</li><li>Collaborate with global teams to amplify global campaigns across MENA channels.</li><li>Schedule and manage content publishing using social media tools (e.g., Sprout, Emplifi, or native schedulers).</li><li>Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.</li><li>Stay plugged into the crypto space and social trends (especially Crypto Twitter, Telegram, and IG).</li></ul></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><ul><li>Currently pursuing or graduated from Bachelors in Marketing or other relevant fields.</li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.</li><li>Fundamental understanding of the crypto market, on-going trends and Binance’s product suite.</li><li>Experience in content production, including briefing for video and design deliverables, event-based content creation, influencer collaborations, and community-led strategies.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills in both Arabic and English</li><li>Minimum at least one internship in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.</li><li>Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, resistant to stress, self-motivated and results oriented.</li><li>Remote and start-up experience is a plus.</li></ul></ul>
