Concordium is looking for a Marketing Manager to head its marketing team and to play a key role in creating the Concordium brand. We seek to take a leading role in fundamentally changing the blockchain market from niche to critical digital infrastructure in society, and we want you to drive the marketing initiatives being best in class in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with our CTO/CPO and Head of Commercial to develop marketing plans that drive awareness across segments and vertical(s).
Lead marketing development plans and implementation of cross-channel brand awareness.
Run marketing campaigns and community engagements for product launches.
Ensure roll-out of new features and events and report on their performance to C-suite.
Manage marketing/growth campaigns and general PR with major announcements, conferences, podcasts, AMAs and other opportunities with specific focus on use cases, community and token demand growth/development.
Plan and manage campaign execution with cross-functional teams, the internal creative team, external agencies, partners, and community content creators.
Ensure all product marketing material aligns with the tech roadmap and brand positioning (website, SoMe, community channels etc.).

Drive a hands-on activity team across all social channels and rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, incentives and approaches.
