About the Ethereum Foundation: The Ethereum Foundation (EF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Ethereum and related technologies. Our role is to allocate resources to critical projects, to be a valued voice within the Ethereum ecosystem, and to advocate for Ethereum to the outside world.Your mission: Your mission isto directly support senior decision makers, expanding their capacity to perform key functions at the EF. You will primarily work with Josh Stark, assisting him with responsibilities across the organization.

Core responsibilities

• Supporting decision makers by collecting information into useful documents that facilitate productive discussions
• Drafting emails, working documents, and other communications
• Simple research or data collections tasks
• Calendar management involving complex scheduling and meeting coordination
• Executing on simple projects with senior stakeholders
• Managing travel bookings and accommodation, tracking and reconciling expenses
• Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required skills and experience

• Possess a minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or a comparable administrative role
• Experience working in a high-paced remote environment
• Familiarity with modern workflow & collaboration tools (notion, discord, gdocs, airtable, zoom, telegram, etc)
• Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI-driven tools & proven interest to integrate these into your workflow 
• Familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem is a plus
