• Respond to client inquiries via live chat, email, web forms, and phone calls
• Assist clients with account, platform, and service-related questions
• Deliver professional and timely customer support
• Work closely with Operations, Trading, Payments, and Sales teams
• Adhere to company policies and service standards
• Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experienceCase Management
• Follow up on client requests and unresolved issues
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams
