A considerable part of the work is communicating with affiliates and providing all the assets and tools they need to drive more users to Binance.The ideal candidate should be a great communicator, data-driven, and outgoing. This position is a paid internship and can be fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Grow Binance affiliate network in Taiwan by cold outreach to YouTubers, Media, and Influencers.
- Lead and involve in negotiations, onboarding and paperwork involved.
- Manage key accounts by having regular communication with affiliates, analysing their performance, and offering recommendations on how to improve performance.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns with a focus on ROI
- Build reports using internal data, optimising overall affiliate channel performance
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and fluency in both English and Chinese
- Self-learner and ability to work independently
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once
- Highly organised and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects
- Previous experience in BD or marketing would be an advantage
- Creative to develop unique ideas and expanding on them is a plus
- Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem
- Available to work 3 ~ 4 days per week for 6 months
