Associate Product Manager (DeFi Protocol)

We are looking for a proactive and driven Associate Product Manager with a technical background and a good understanding of DeFi protocols. The candidate will work directly with the founders of the company and will help shape the overall product strategy and direction of our Treehouse Protocol. 

Responsibilities 

• Support the development, scoping, and prioritization of our product strategy.

• Plan product roadmaps and manage work streams, while overseeing our product life cycle.

• Own projects, communicate requirements and timelines with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed with the utmost quality. 

• Lead user interviews, identify key user stories, propose products / bets to be launched. 

• Design end-to-end features, from research and ideation, to validation and implementation. 

• Gather and scope technical requirements, create conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and product design / requirement documents.

• Work closely with our engineers and designers to execute and resolve any issues, conscientious of time-to-market and capable of optimizing resources.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

• Track and analyze key performance metrics, and use the data to make data-driven decisions for improvements and enhancements

Requirements

• Fresh graduate and/or candidate with 1-2 years of product management experience. 

• Preferred major in a technical domain such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Knowledge of CS languages such as Python, Golang, R would be advantageous.

• Deep interest and an understanding of blockchain, protocols and decentralized finance.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

• Experience with agile methodologies project management tools such as Jira / notion and database (MongoDB, etc).

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Meticulous and analytical thinker with strong work ethics and a passion for excellence.
