ID8R is building a design app to help NFT collectors showcase their digital assets in exciting new ways, including via limited edition artist showcases, generative AI style remix, and 3D visualisations.
- Three existing cofounders (in Australia, Germany, and India), you would be our fourth

Are you a software engineer looking to partner up for an exciting web3 opportunity?
We are seeking a mid to senior level engineer to join our team (as cofounder) to help serve the needs of NFT collectors and web3 brands. This is an opportunity to help shape and develop a product in an industry you are excited about, but also to build and own a significant equity stake in a web3 company. You will be working alongside three other enthusiastic and hardworking cofounders who are aiming to build a product experience that millions of people will love, while having fun along the way.
This is a cofounding role, it will begin unsalaried and part-time, but striving to achieve revenue or funding that enables the team to commit full-time ASAP.
Ideal experience and qualities:
- Passionate about crypto / web3 / NFTs and the value they deliver
- Experience building on web3 tech is not crucial, but must be keen to learn
- Backend or Full Stack experience, ideally across: MySQL, Prisma, JS, React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS
- Ok with vesting equity as remuneration until funding/revenue supports salaries
- Consistent availability (20+ hours/week), can initially fit alongside other paid commitments
- Solid communication skills, driven, and keen to take responsibility for your part of our success
We need someone who is hands on, writing the code, working with our existing cofounding engineer, with the view that as we scale the business your role would evolve to incorporate responsibility for leading the engineering team.
