Responsibilities

• You'll be hands-on to improve the onboarding experience for all Binance users
• Own end-to-end design projects, participate in weekly design critiques, and work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation
• Pay attention to the current status of the product experience, actively discover experience problems, and continuously improve the experience through research

Requirements

• A portfolio of your design work that showcases your design process, conceptual ability, and examples in communicating design
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, tight deadlines, and shifting requirements
• Ability to turn complicated ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand visuals
• Ability to express ideas through visuals and prototyping (Binance uses Figma)
• Fluent in English
