Responsibilities

• Discover and develop employee stories that reflect Binance’s unique culture and values.
• Write engaging content for internal and external platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Binance Blog, internal comms).
• Support employer branding campaigns that celebrate our people and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with different teams to bring forward authentic, inspiring voices from across the company.
• Assist in curating and scheduling content across multiple platforms.

Requirements

• A strong writer with a passion for storytelling and communications.
• Interested in employer branding, culture, and people-focused content.
• Curious, proactive, and not afraid to reach out to others to find great stories.
• Able to balance creativity with clear, concise writing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
