Responsibilites

• Closely work with HR Business Partners on various projects and initiatives
• Support in day to day employee relations affairs.
• Support HR projects and task management.
• Support in annual Employee Performance review.
• Manage relationships with banking representatives for employee personal banking requests.
• Manage relationship with external vendor for visa issues.
• Regularly update relevant spreadsheets and systems with new employee data information.
• Manage all inquiries on internal communication channel.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR or related fields of studies.
• Existing HR experience would be of a plus
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders with strong communication skills in building and sustaining work relationships.
• Good command of MS office applications.
• Patient and sensitive to data.
• With experience in SuccessFactors HCM would be advantageous.
• Team player and quick learner.
