Responsibilities

• Account ServicingAssist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries.
• Lead Identification and PitchingSupport the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively.
• Commercial Negotiations and Project ManagementParticipate in commercial negotiations, support the end to end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships.
• Relationship ManagementAid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
• Internal Collaboration:Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management.
• Process Improvement Suggest new and innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of our internal processes.

Requirements

• Educational BackgroundPolytechnic or university Graduate, prior working experience part-time or full-time is compulsory 
• Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge A keen interest and knowledge of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are essential.
• Flexible and remote workingAbility to work flexible hours that facilitate collaboration with a global team.
