Responsibilities:

• Work with the Growth Marketing Manager on performance marketing and lifecycle projects.
• Possess a data-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
• Create engaging content and enhance campaign performance through optimization.
• Support day-to-day operations related to lifecycle tasks and material localization.
• Monitor current market trends to stay informed and adaptive.
• Foster close collaboration with the design and product teams.
• Contribute to both online and offline growth campaigns and events.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from Bachelors in Marketing or related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Self-learning personality and ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
• Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem are desirable.
• Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience is a plus.
