Responsibilities:

• Providing overall administrative support to the Binance Charity Foundation team.
• Supporting Binance Charity Foundation financial procedures - weekly updates and monitoring of BCF dashboard; creating budget approval and payment requests.
• Conduct and execute special research projects.
• Maintain charity email inbox and update website as needed.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Attention to details and collaborative spirit are essential to the success of this role.
• Strong organizational and effective communication skills to work with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Adaptive to flexible working hours and remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Sheets and Forms).
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in website management and design is beneficial but not required.
