Requirements

Conduct daily operational tasks for a client-facing product, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient service delivery.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing product performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and implementation.
Utilize basic SQL, Python, and Excel skills to perform data analytics and generate insights.
Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the financial market and trading industry.

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of working experience.
Basic understanding of financial markets, trading, and related concepts.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel; basic knowledge of data analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
