Binance Accelerator Program - Operations Specialist (Convert)

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with less than 2 years of working experience who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the financial market and trading industry. The intern will be involved in the operational work of a client-facing product, contributing to the smooth functioning and enhancement of our services.

Requirements

• Conduct daily operational tasks for a client-facing product, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient service delivery.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing product performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and implementation.
• Utilize basic SQL, Python, and Excel skills to perform data analytics and generate insights.
• Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the financial market and trading industry.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of working experience.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, trading, and related concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel; basic knowledge of data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
