Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and optimizing user referral reward mechanisms, improving user referral paths;
• Regularly collect and analyze user feedback and market trends, and propose innovative referral strategies through data analysis;
• Assist in tracking referral project progress and optimizing user experience.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in the cryptocurrency industry and user growth;
• Strong data analysis skills;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Quick learning ability, capable of adapting and proposing effective solutions in complex environments;
• Creative thinking, capable of proposing unique activities and promotional ideas;
• Understanding of product design, market promotion, and user operations is preferred;
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms, basic programming skills or project management experience is a plus.
