Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the VIP Sales team and analysts to track onboarding priority and progress.
• Manage and assist with ongoing reviews and remediation programs for VIP clients.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the VIP client journey by managing escalations and feedback.
• Liaise between VIP and various initiative leads to assist in managing compliance with regulations.
• Manage communications and tracking with the VIP team, including updating trackers and providing periodic updates.
• Liaise with team members to drive various projects and coordinate stakeholders for a variety of initiatives.
• Leverage latest technology and tools available to streamline and optimise internal processes, and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
