Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of VIP products, ensuring optimal performance and user.
• Monitor and address issues related to VIP products by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
• Participate in planning and executing strategies for user growth, including event, campaign, and other marketing activities to achieve user growth.
• Work alongside various teams, including product, marketing to ensure seamless operation and effective execution of the marketing plans.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product growth initiatives using data analytics to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Great logical thinking, communication skills, collaboration skills, detail-oriented, self-driven, and quick-learner.
• Previous internship or academic exposure to operations, product management, or marketing; experience in DeFi or fintech is a plus.
• Interests in the field of crypto and crypto trading products.
