Business Analyst (Data Platform)

Work directly with clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements related to data, reporting, and data analytics. Study clients’ organizational structures, operational processes, and data flows to identify business challenges and data needs. Analyze, model, and document requirements in the form of BRDs, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Data Dictionaries, Data Mappings, and other relevant business documents. Analyze data sources and define business rules, data standards, KPIs, and requirements for reports and dashboards supporting management and decision-making. Collaborate closely with Data Engineers (DE), Data Analysts (DA), Data QA, Project Managers (PM), and other stakeholders to design data solutions and ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions. Participate in designing solutions for Data Warehouse, Data Integration, Data Migration, BI/Reporting, and Data Analytics initiatives. Support requirements scope management and change control, participate in UAT, and support customer acceptance activities. Propose improvements to processes, data governance, and data applications to enhance clients’ operational efficiency and data utilization. Leverage AI and AI Agents to improve analysis, information processing, and overall productivity.
