Business Operations Manager, Binance France

You will be part of the evolution of by contributing to the establishment of the operational function for Binance France (a registered VASP entity in France). You will report to the Chief Operating Officer of Binance France.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight the outsourced services of Binance France: 1) Manage outsourced deliverables and services for Binance; 2) FranceParticipate in the evaluation and selection process external partners; 3) Act as contact point between internal and external teams for outsourced projects; 4) Maintain the understanding of outsourcing procedures and methodologies; 5) Design and drive consistent and organized processes for outsourcing; 6) Assess, monitor, document, and communicate on outsourced costs, project status, risks and key learnings to stakeholders; 7) Proactively identifies issues and emerging risks and takes swift action to resolve or escalate as appropriate; 8)Identify, track, manage, and resolve outsourcing issues
• Oversight the product offering to the French users : 1)Conduct the product analysis among different business units before product launch; 2) Maintain the product library and store all the relevant materials; 3) Proactively identifies issues on the product offering and emerging risks and takes swift action to escalate as appropriate

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, or related experience at a financial institution or fintech or crypto company
• Experience in crypto, blockchain, payments industry is a plus
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to be action-oriented and seek to meet high standards
