What You Will Lead?

* End-to-end strategy; execution for a high-performance L1 blockchain

* Ecosystem expansion: developers, partners, enterprise, tooling integrations

* Product direction across infra, SDKs, DeFi, consumer apps, node economy

* Brand, operations, governance, and global expansion roadmap

* Building and leading a high-performance international team

Who We’re Looking For?

* Proven leadership in Layer-1/Layer-2, DePIN, or deep Web3 infrastructure

* Hands-on experience with scaling partnerships, GTM, and global operations

* Ability to communicate a sharp, compelling vision to investors, builders, and community

* Founder-level mindset: ownership, speed, resilience, accountability
