Murasaki B.V is seeking an experienced CMO to help market our first video game title, Cyberstella, and our parent company, Murasaki. We're a new Japanese video game company, changing the landscape of GameFi. We're backed by Japan's largest web3 VC, Incubate Fund, and our team are some of the best video game designers from Japan.
We plan to launch Cyberstella Q1 2023, and subsequently begin building our very own game engine where any developer can build a title. Focusing on Avalanche as the chain to build on, youāll be an integral part of the team laying the infrastructure for potentially millions of gamers.
As our CMO, you will need to keep up to date on related market trends and how to best improve the brandās digital positioning to compete in the market, create new marketing channels, and spread brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Leading all aspects of our marketing department.
- Managing and executing all digital and influencer campaigns and budgets.
- Controlling and delivering the content for our social media channels.
- Designing campaign spend, and reporting on performance.
- Owning the entire campaign and brand awareness strategies autonomously.
- Managing the strategy of our digital marketing and community manager efforts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in marketing in the crypto space with a proven track record of taking brands from ideation to launch.
- Experience in paid ads, influencer marketing, AMAs.
- Experience as a marketing director or CMO for a crypto brand.
- Experience with content creation, planning, and scheduling.
- Solid understanding of crypto lingo and trends.
- Incredible communication skills, a brilliant management, and detailed planner.
- Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, web3 in general.
