As a Client/Service Manager at Innovion, you will be responsible for managing agency clients and overseeing project execution in the dynamic Web3 and blockchain industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact: weekly calls and daily updates; manage client briefings, feed-back sessions, project updates to ensure perfect/optimal implementation;
- Lead and manage agency projects related to Web3, blockchain marketing, and development, from briefing to reporting stages;
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed planning;.
- Track project progress and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Implement risk management strategies;
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar client service and project management roles in Web3, blockchain or related industries;
- Understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts;
- Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal;
- Native English speaker level;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
