CMO - Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the CEO
• Manage 5-10 employees on the marketing/BD team
• Lead the marketing and user growth strategic directions globally, localizing each market where possible
• Develop a marketing program and manage the system of employees for Deepcoin which includes a team of PR, Digital Marketing, social media, and Paid Media content to support the BD team
• Conduct marketing research and business analysis to identify business opportunities
• Establish KPI’s and analytical approach to growth
• Being data-driven a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
• Participate in, and lead brainstorming sessions for your team
• Uphold and cultivate true long-term relationships amongst all partners, and stakeholders
• Keep abreast of the latest developments and opportunities in the crypto and web3 sector and how these can be capitalized upon
• Driving traffic to the various Deepcoin websites, landing pages, social media, and other distribution channels
• Working with industry standard metrics such as AARRR (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Revenue - Revenue) as well as utilising conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks
• Working on a lean start-up process
• Develop social media communities (e.g. Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Meta, Youtube, telegram, etc.) and constantly engage users for acquisition, retention and activation
• Creates digital community guidelines & policies
• Create best practices for driving new users at various stages of a product’s life (beta, launch, general release, new season, etc)
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion

Candidate Background

• A predilection to learning new skills and exploring new concepts with a long-term view of professional development
• Highly experience working in the Crypto/Web3/Financial Exchange world and has done marketing strategy in the past
• Excellent storytelling skills with a mastery of the English language & Mandarin Chinese
• Strong performance in building go-to market strategies with an understanding of how to increase trading volume
• A vast and diverse network within the crypto space, including but not limited to influencers, KOL/KOC, content creators and Web 3.0 founders highly desirable
• Data-centric mindset with a good sense of expected impact each strategy would have
• Expert knowledge and interest in spot and derivatives trading and Web 3.0 is an advantage
• Naturally well-organized and unfazed when working towards deadlines
• Strong communicator, independent and driven individual
• Thrive in collaborative cultures and working cross-functionally with other departments and vendors to launch successful partnerships
• Strong curiosity or understanding of the NFT and blockchain landscape
• Open-mindedness and flexibility
• A can-do spirit is important, able to be adaptable
• Exceptional project management skills - detail-oriented, high degree of organization skills
