COE QA- Risk Operation

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising and controlling the quality of agents' chat and daily operational work
• Formulate and improve the service quality of Risk personnel specification according to business requirements
• Complete quality inspection according to the QA standard for both online and offline business
• Utilize data for value-added analysis and reporting on operations and risk domains
• Provide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives
• Conduct training for team members to maximize their understanding of our SOP and Quality Standards
• Work closely with other QA team members to do regular calibration to improve our QA ability and current QA standards
• Participate in a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical
• Willing to work alternative hours (e.g., evenings) to connect with teams based in different jurisdictions

Requirements:

• At least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferable with more than 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Excellent understanding of KYC / Fraud / Risk operationSound knowledge of customer satisfaction and quality programs etc
• Organizational and time management skillsEffective facilitation skills in meetings/presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market A passion for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain
