COE-Risk Ops

Responsibilities

• Use data to provide value-added analysis and reporting on operations, and risk domains
• Manage process enhancements and monitor the effectiveness of enhancements
• Work closely with PM and provide business requirement documents to push product optimization
• Provide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives
• Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture
• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
• Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical
• Willing to work on alternative hours  (e.g. work in the evenings to connect with teams based in different jurisdictions)

Requirements

• At least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Excellent understanding of KYC / Fraud / Risk operation
• Sound knowledge of customer satisfaction and quality programs, etc
• Organizational and time management skills
• Effective facilitation skills in meetings/presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
• A passion for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain
• Nice to have: ability to understand and speak Mandarin
