NodeShift is a Web3 infrastructure aggregator that combines decentralized infrastructure resources such as Compute, GPU, Storage from platforms like Akash, Aethir, Filecoin, and Storj into a seamless, managed cloud solution. It offers a complete AI cloud stack for data storage, GPU-based model training, and inference.

The company was founded in 2023, backed by Intel, Notion Capital, Oxford University, Arca, Inovo and angels from Palantir and Epic Games. NodeShift is building an ambitious DePIN product with global expansion in its sights, which is why we’re seeking entrepreneurial-minded people to join our mission as part of the initial founding team and become a key part of our success in overtaking the cloud market.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Lead to drive engagement, growth, and retention across our global community. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale a thriving community in the Web3 and decentralized AI space. If you have a proven track record in community building, are crypto-native, and are excited about decentralized AI, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Strategic Community Growth: Design and implement strategies to engage and expand our community across platforms, including Discord, Telegram, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, LinkedIn, and others.
• Platform Engagement: Manage and run quests on platforms like Zealy, TaskOn, and Galaxe, ensuring measurable success and growth.
• Data-Driven Insights: Monitor community metrics and trends. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), create weekly and monthly reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Content & Programs: Develop educational programs, contests, AMAs, office hours, and Twitter Spaces to generate content, foster organic growth, and educate the community.
• Moderator Management: Scale community operations by hiring and coordinating moderators across multiple regions to support international expansion.
• Community Feedback Integration: Serve as a liaison between the community and internal teams, ensuring feedback is incorporated into product and marketing strategies.
• Ambassador Programs: Design, launch, and oversee ambassador initiatives to empower community advocates and expand the brand’s global reach.

Qualifications

• Crypto-Native & AI Enthusiast: Deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized AI, and the Web3 ecosystem, with familiarity with its narratives and key personalities.
• Community Leadership: Proven experience in leading and scaling community initiatives from the ground up within the decentralized technology space.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing communities across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and X, including the use of bots, tools, and analytics.
• Engagement Strategies: Skilled in organizing ambassador programs, incentivizing participation through contests and token rewards, and fostering meaningful engagement.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to measure, analyze, and optimize community initiatives based on data insights to meet growth KPIs.
• Tool Proficiency: Experienced with tools like Notion for organizational management, as well as quest platforms such as Zealy, Galaxe, and TaskOn.
• Program Development: Knowledge of building points programs, organizing airdrops, and incentivizing community actions effectively.
