At Trezor, a leading innovator in the cryptocurrency hardware wallet industry, we’re looking for a Content Lead to help revolutionize how people self-custody their digital assets.
The Content Lead will oversee the creation and execution of strategic content that boosts our credibility, expands visibility, and strengthens the Trezor brand. This role involves leading a talented team of writers, designers, and video producers, bringing creativity and initiative to major campaigns, leveraging advanced content marketing tools, and managing external contributors and agencies. The Content Lead will also collaborate closely with teams across Trezor, including Digital, Product, Support, or other content managers from the Satoshilabs holding; ensuring a unified approach towards achieving the company's strategic objectives.

👉 What you’ll do:
- Direct the creation and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with marketing and business objectives
- Inspire and manage a growing content team, ensuring clear priorities, effective delegation, and high-impact output
- Work with the project manager to streamline workflows and optimize workloads to maximize team efficiency
- Manage and guide the production of high-quality media assets with our creative agencies, reinforcing Trezor’s brand pillars of transparency, ease of use, and security
- Maintain and enhance the content calendar across all communication channels, utilizing advanced content marketing tools
- Manage and oversee channels, including the blog, video (YouTube, TikTok), social media, newsletters, landing pages and more
- Contribute to crisis communication efforts alongside the PR team with clarity and precision
- Identify content gaps and opportunities and drive the change
- Optimize content for visibility, audience growth, and retention
- Shape the video production and publishing strategy for both product and marketing initiatives
- Research and explore new content themes and communication opportunities to keep the brand fresh and relevant. Proactively identify viral, newsworthy, and timely topics to build visibility
- Plan and execute co-marketing activities in collaboration with partners
🔥 Specific examples of responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic content plan for Q1 2026 that aligns with the company’s marketing and business objectives
- Lead the content team by driving coordination, prioritization, and delegation to maximize efficiency
- Own the content budget, resources, and objectives, ensuring optimal use and alignment with strategy
- Run regular syncs with Product, Support, and other teams, using feedback to refine and adapt content strategy
💪 Who we’re looking for?
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing larger teams
- 3+ years in the position of Content Lead or Senior Content Manager
- Exceptional written and spoken English (native level or C2), with strong proofreading skills
- Profound understanding of different audiences and the ability to translate that into compelling, targeted content
- Solid knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry — its culture, technology, and economics
