Role Overview

As the Content Writer/Manager at DeXe, you will oversee the entire content lifecycle, from strategy development to the creation of both short and long-form content that communicates the value of our product, educates audiences, builds brand awareness, and drives engagement within the web3 ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), exceptional English writing skills, strategic planning abilities, subject matter expertise, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a content plan that positions DeXe as a market leader. Align content strategies with company goals and target audience needs. 
• Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce compelling content that effectively communicates complex information. This includes blog posts, articles, social media updates. Utilize storytelling techniques to create content that is both informative and captivating. 
• Content Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire content process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Manage content calendars and coordinate with Product and Business Development departments for smooth content production and launching campaigns. 
• Market Analysis & Adaptation: Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and market narratives. Continually analyze metrics to identify growth strategies. 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in leading content writer/manager role at a tech startup in the DeFi industry, supported by a portfolio showcasing accomplishments
• Proven experience in creating high-quality blog posts, product marketing content, explainer threads, and memes. 
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Twitter. 
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content for a non-technical audience. 
• Strong storytelling skills with a strong command of English grammar. 
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
