Nexus International Entertainment is the company behind Spartans, a rapidly growing global iGaming brand.

As we continue scaling internationally, we are focused on building a world-class operational structure capable of supporting sustained multi-market growth. We are now seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to work directly alongside the Founder and lead the business into its next phase of maturity and scale.

The Mandate

The COO will be responsible for overseeing and integrating all operational functions across the business, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and profitability.

The successful candidate will bring Tier-1 iGaming experience and a proven ability to scale operations in complex, multi-market environments.

This role is focused on building operational discipline, strengthening governance, and driving performance across Risk, Trading, Payments, Casino, CRM, Compliance, and Product.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational performance across all business units
• Implement structured reporting, accountability, and KPI frameworks
• Align Risk, Payments, Retention, and Casino functions under unified performance standards
• Strengthen governance, compliance, and regulatory discipline
• Drive margin protection and operational efficiency
• Improve cross-functional communication and execution speed
• Oversee international market expansion from an operational standpoint
• Build scalable organisational structures to support growth
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Founder on execution and scaling strategy

Candidate Profile

• 5 years minimum experience in iGaming, with significant Tier-1 operator background
• Previous COO, Operations Director, or Senior Executive leadership role
• Proven track record scaling multi-market sportsbook and casino operations
• Deep understanding of:
• Risk & Trading operations
• Payments infrastructure
• CRM & retention frameworks
• Compliance and regulatory structures
• Margin optimisation
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams
• Strong commercial acumen and operational discipline
• Comfortable operating in high-growth, founder-led environments

Tier-1 operator experience is essential.
