Creative is our product. It’s at the center of everything Yuga does. This team is made up of multidisciplinary designers, illustrators, 3D artists, writers, art directors, and creative directors who work across all of our projects.Â
Who We’re Looking For
A Creative Producer to work with the production team, the creative team, and cross-functionally, to lead the planning and execution of projects. You will see projects through from inception to delivery, managing the process along the way while ensuring the work is of the highest standard, delivered on time and within budget. To do this, you will work collaboratively with the creative team, project managers, vendors, and other Yuga team members.
This is a contract role with opportunity for an extension as the demand for work unfolds, 100% remote.Â
The Job
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, delivering them within their respective timelines and budgetsÂ
- Evaluate and plan resources for current and future projects with the producer team
- Create and control budgets and schedulesÂ
- Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with the Yuga creative team
Your Skills
- 3-5 years of brand management or project management experience in a creative agency or in-house brand/creative teamÂ
- Experienced in Apparel & Accessories, collaboration launches, sales and pop-up events.
- Operationally minded, independent, creative, detail-oriented, delivering organized results
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- A proven track record of consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and adapting easily when complications or stressful situations arise
- Ability to earn internal teams’ and clients’ trust, respect, and confidence through responsiveness, reliability, and know-how
- Familiarity with various PM tools such as Jira, Asana, and Airtable
Physical Requirements and Working ConditionsÂ
- Ability to sit for long periods
- Ability to work on a computer screen and communicate virtually
