Crypto and Blockchain Marketing Manager

Our ambition is to build a banking infrastructure. The marketing team is the driving force of the new user acquisition, fundraising and product demand. This product will be used by banks and other financial institutions around the world. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is passionate about effective messagings and programs along with having leadership and communication skills to deliver value-adding products. You will be focused on two questions, "How will banks and retail customers know that this product is best in class and solves their problem?" and “How can we leverage our resources to facilitate the growth of BAX and fundraising?” to create a launch plan and work with social media, PR and etc. to spread the word about our product. Responsibilities

• Driving fundraising strategies, including making partnerships with the right platforms and entities.
• Owning and executing the marketing strategy and tactics.
• Managing the marketing team. 
• Developing effective product and feature go-to-market strategies throughout the whole marketing funnel, including digital and organic channels.
• Knowing which customer segment to target, how to reach it, and what combination of messages will drive these customers to use ReDeFi blockchain. 
• Creating appealing product positioning, propositions and USPs and messaging for the BABB App and ReDeFi blockchain.
• Managing smooth product introductions, including internal and external product education, to acquire, retain and reactivate. 
• Gathering customer insights and competitive intelligence to help inform product development.
• Focusing on the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention and revenue.
• Hands-on on "everything marketing".

Candidate Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing fundraising efforts with exceptional results.
• Experience of managing a budget and strong analytical skills.
• Experience of delivering challenging targets.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong interest in technology/software firms. 
• A degree in marketing/communications, or 2-3 years of relevant experience doing marketing for a B2B / B2C company, ideally within the fintech industry. 
• An experience with some/all of the marketing tools: Google Analytics + Ads, Google Search Console, Social Media Ads & Pixels. You wish to bring and employ new tools, such as Ahrefs, Hotjar, Hubspot and so on.
• You are a quick learner with a strong sense of initiative and excellent analytical skills.
• You are highly organised, know how to prioritise work, and get things done.
• You speak English fluently and have great communication skills.
• You are at ease working in a remote-first environment.
• You thrive in a dynamic role and love strategy, implementation, and content creation equally.
• You have excellent copywriting skills.
