We are a crypto proprietary trading firm building a strong, culture-driven community around trading, performance, and education. As part of this, we are launching a custom NFT and visual identity initiative for our community.
We are looking for an experienced Crypto / NFT Designer who has already delivered real NFT collections and understands the full creative and technical process, not someone learning on the job.
What You’ll Work On
- Designing NFT collections (from concept to final assets)
- Creating animated comics and short visual stories tied to our brand
- Developing a brand avatar / character that represents our community
- Visual assets for community engagement (Discord, social media, campaigns)
- Collaborating directly with founders and community leads
What We Expect
- Proven experience designing NFT collections (released or completed projects)
- Strong understanding of:
- Collection structure and traits
- Visual consistency and storytelling
- Crypto / Web3 aesthetics and culture
- Ability to deliver both static and animated visuals
- Experience with animation (2D preferred; motion graphics acceptable)
- Reliable execution — you finish what you start
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Portfolio is mandatory
- Include NFT collections you have worked on
- Show animated work (comics, characters, loops, or motion pieces)
- Clear ownership or contribution explanation for each project
- Comfortable working with crypto-native teams and fast feedback loops
Nice to Have
- Experience with community-driven NFT projects
- Familiarity with Discord-first brands
- Ability to help shape long-term visual identity, not just single drops
Engagement
- Project-based or ongoing collaboration (flexible)
- Paid role — compensation based on experience and scope
