We are seeking crypto-savvy individuals to join our team and help identify promising blockchain projects with high potential. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cryptocurrency, highly active on social media (especially Twitter), and skilled at spotting trends and analyzing data.
As a Crypto Research Analyst, you’ll be the eyes and ears of our operation, working to discover new projects, monitor key players, and provide actionable insights that directly impact our trading strategy.

What You’ll Do:
Twitter Monitoring & Engagement:
Follow and track key crypto influencers, projects, and trends.
Keep notifications on for relevant accounts and actively engage in discussions.
Act as the company’s Twitter persona, posting updates, interacting with the community, and building connections.
Project Tracking:
Use automated bots and tools to monitor new project launches, track trading volumes, and identify pump-and-dump activities.
Analyze trends to find projects with potential for significant gains.
Volume & Hype Monitoring:
Set up and monitor tracking systems to catch high-volume activity in real-time.
Stay updated on market sentiment, hype, and community-driven initiatives.
Actionable Reporting:
Provide immediate updates on promising projects.
Send the contract address (CA) of new plays directly for review and action.

Who You Are
Crypto Enthusiast: You’re deeply immersed in the world of cryptocurrency and have a solid understanding of blockchain projects, pump dynamics, and tokenomics.
Social Media Savvy: You know how to navigate Twitter and engage with key players effectively.
Analytical Thinker: You can spot patterns, analyze data, and act quickly.
Proactive & Reliable: You take initiative and deliver results during your shift.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with crypto tools like Dec Screener, trading bots, and volume trackers is a plus.
Compensation:
$20/hour + 2% of realized gains. Average commission is about 2k per week as of right now, but has no cap- there's been two events in the past 12 months that would result in over 50,000 bonus off a single trade.
Schedule:
6-hour shifts, 7 days a week (6 AM to 12 AM PST coverage)
Requirements:
Proven experience or deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets.
Ability to work a consistent 6-hour shift, including weekends.
Strong communication and social media skills.
Reliable internet connection and access to necessary tools/software.
