Waltio is on a mission to empower crypto investors to become their own wealth managers and bring strategic approach with optimizations to maximize their wealth.
Since 2019, we have been building a SaaS consumer app. Today, more than 45 000 Europeans track their portfolios with Waltio and report taxes. Our goal is to further help individuals to manage their portfolio of digital assets.
In early 2024, Waltio launched its activities in Spain and gained its 4 000 users. We want to go to the next level with one person responsible for the development of the business in Spain.
Job Description:
As a Customer Specialist, you will create the best possible experience for our clients. You are on the front lines, conveying customer needs to the support and product teams.
You will join an organization where our clients are at the heart of our business. You will have a key impact on how we convert users into customers and retain them over time.
. You will be part of a small team, and the only Spanish speaker in the Care services. You will directly report to the Care Manager.
Responsibilities:
Quickly and succinctly respond to simple cases through the implementation of macros and automated responses
Contribute to our long-term customer support vision by providing proactive feedback to the Care Manager, the Country Manager for Spain and
Continuously collaborate with technical support and the product team to report bugs and new feature requests.
Regularly update our FAQ with the addition of new platforms or features.
Participate in the improvement of Walty, our customer support bot.
Work closely with the head of the department to innovate throughout the customer journey.
If you're passionate about crypto/blockchain, your responsibilities can also evolve in these areas:
Identify and find potential solutions to blockchain-related issues (on-chain) and exchange file problems.
Collaborate with the development team to resolve data retrieval issues and continuously improve the product.
Monitor protocols and raise awareness within the Care team about the crypto ecosystem.
Desired Profile:
You have a strong interest in cryptocurrencies/blockchain or taxation/accounting. DeFi or Memecoin are no mystery to you.
You value the importance of a great user experience.
Curious, you want to work on a wide range of issues.
You express yourself perfectly in written and spoken Spanish—you will independently communicate with Waltio’s main clients.
You have good interpersonal skills and are naturally empathetic.
You make few grammatical, syntactic, or spelling errors.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to work in a start-up with high ambition.
You are fluent in Spanish and English and experienced living and working in Spain.
No need for understanding the Spanish crypto tax regulations in depth, our legal team will bring you onboard
