Customer Success Integrations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Integrations Specialist to join our globally distributed team and who will assist with ensuring that the Thrive platform seamlessly integrates with the tooling, dapps and systems that our partner communities use. As a Customer Success Integrations Specialist you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between the Thrive app and external systems used by our customers and their communities. The Customer Success Integrations Specialist will work closely with customers to understand their contribution listing validation needs, design custom solutions, and provide ongoing support to optimize their operational efficiency.

Responsibilities: Contribution Strategy, Implementation and Evaluation

● Conduct research to understand user behaviors and preferences and develop strategies to encourage desired behavior change among users.

● Create contribution paths and execute interventions or programs aimed at turning members from casual to deeply engaged users

● Gather feedback from client post-integration to identify areas for improvement and work with internal teams to refine products or services based on client input

● Research and develop clear, structured contribution paths for our client’s users, ensuring alignment with our client’s organizational goal

● Design and implement the execution of contribution paths, including drafting and go-live of contribution listings that drive desired behavior change

● Collect and analyze appropriate data to determine what changes are necessary Partner Integrations

● Collaborate with customers to understand their contribution validation requirements and work with the engineering to translate them into technical specifications for integration projects

● Work closely with the development team to create and implement custom integration solutions

● Conduct integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that integrations meet quality standards

● Provide technical support and guidance to customers on integration-related issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction

● Document integration processes and develop best practices for integration projects

● Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure all client requirements are met

● Help provide training, resources, and other implementation assistance to help clients understand and effectively use the Thrive app

● Help us communicate our vision, values, and capabilities in a way that inspires and emboldens a passionate and growing Thrive community

Requirements:

● Familiarity with, and interest in, the web3 / crypto space

● Exposure to a technology startup environment

● Experience working in a client-facing role managing clients and building client relationships

● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex integration projects

● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment

● Ability to create succinctly written documentation (e.g., Discord, Slack, emails, Google Sheets, Google Docs)

● Ability to multitask and persevere in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency

● Fluent in spoken and written English

● Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile)

● Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
