Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our users, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with Plutus products and services. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fintech, excellent problem-solving skills, and a drive to help customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance: Respond to user inquiries via email, live chat, and other channels, providing accurate, timely, and empathetic support.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to the Plutus app, Visa card, or crypto services.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Educate users on Plutus features and services, guiding them on how to maximize the platform's benefits.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as Product, Compliance, and Marketing, to address user concerns and enhance the customer experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all tickets are tracked and resolved efficiently.
  • Feedback Loop: Identify common user pain points and communicate actionable feedback to the product team to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of customer support experience, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Empathy: A customer-first mindset with the ability to remain patient and understanding during challenging situations.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a dynamic, global team.
  • Tools: Experience with support tools such as Zendesk.
