About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist users with queries, complaints, e-verifications, and withdrawal processes. Additionally, this position will involve administrative tasks supporting both the Business Development and Management teams.
Customer support plays a crucial role in ensuring user satisfaction, and we aim to provide excellent quality support with fast response times and accurate information.
Tasks and Responsibilities:Â
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying user complaints and verifying their validity.
- Determining user issues, explaining the best possible solutions, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies.
- Providing support via email, ticket systems, Telegram, Discord, and other online tools.
- Directing user feedback to relevant departments.
- Offering general administrative support to the business development department and management team.
The ideal candidate -Â who you are and requirements:Â
- Fluent in written and verbal English with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service and Web3.
- Willingness to learn, receive constructive feedback, and implement it.
- High school graduate required, preferably with an undergraduate degree in marketing or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
- Familiarity with customer service industry software, preferably FreshDesk, and Discord Ticketing System.
- Proficient in performing administrative tasks.
- Customer-oriented with strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
