About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist users with queries, complaints, e-verifications, and withdrawal processes. Additionally, this position will involve administrative tasks supporting both the Business Development and Management teams.

Customer support plays a crucial role in ensuring user satisfaction, and we aim to provide excellent quality support with fast response times and accurate information.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying user complaints and verifying their validity.
  • Determining user issues, explaining the best possible solutions, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies.
  • Providing support via email, ticket systems, Telegram, Discord, and other online tools.
  • Directing user feedback to relevant departments.
  • Offering general administrative support to the business development department and management team.

The ideal candidate - who you are and requirements: 

  • Fluent in written and verbal English with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about customer service and Web3.
  • Willingness to learn, receive constructive feedback, and implement it.
  • High school graduate required, preferably with an undergraduate degree in marketing or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
  • Familiarity with customer service industry software, preferably FreshDesk, and Discord Ticketing System.
  • Proficient in performing administrative tasks.
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
