Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering, implementing, and managing security standards and processes such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, NIST & Cyber Essentials Plus, CIS, etc
- Ensure hands-on role in performing Security Risk Management of services, projects and operation
- Work closely with the CISO to ensure that the business, data and clients funds are secure
- Take in charge in the practical implementation of French and European Banking Regulations requirements for security & IT
- Design, build, maintain and operate an ISMS & PIMS
- Apply industry best practice within a global financial services firm
- Produce Monthly ISMS Reporting for MENA entities and Regional report
- Assist in implementing a best in class security department
- Contribute to the alignment of Binance to international standards for security
- Direct involvement in with ensuring policies are implemented across the business
- Conduct Awareness sessions for staff/posters, etc
- Clean desk checks and POC for incidents and Crisis Management
- Conduct Risk Management for security risks that are a threat to the business
- Positive collaboration with other teams to deliver an effective InfoSec Risk management regime
- Find solutions to problems and consult with stakeholders for at pace delivery
Requirements
- Fluency in English & French and currently based in FranceÂ
- Proven implementation of European and French Regulatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or any other related field
- 2+years of experience in a Big 4 firm and/or Financial Services
- ISO27001 Auditor or Implementor, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCP is preferred
- Application of innovative Security Assurance techniques and report production
- Experience in Security Management Information Reporting
- Broad experience of the secure operations of networks, core infrastructure and systems
- Understanding of Operation and governance of Patch and Vulnerability Management
- Understanding of SOC/SIEM delivery and actions out of reporting
- Experience in scoping & managing PASSI audits and delivering successful auditsÂ
- Experience in driving positive change in a complex fast paced environment
- First hand experience in implementing best in class information security
- Excellent communication and planning skills
