What is the Role?

We are seeking a meticulous Data Analyst to join our Operations team. This role is pivotal in leveraging data for operational enhancements. You'll build dashboards, optimize finance tools, conduct data research, improve automation, and contribute to effective reporting. This role demands meticulousness and a passion for utilizing data strategically to drive operational decisions and efficiency.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Building Dashboards:

• Develop and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key operational metrics for the Operations team.

Finance Tooling:

• Collaborate with the Finance team to enhance and optimize data tools and systems, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy in financial data analysis.

Data Research:

• Conduct thorough data research to gather valuable insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for operational improvements.

Automation Improvement:

• Explore and implement innovative ways to improve automation processes within the Operations team, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual workload.

Data Reporting:

• Generate regular and ad-hoc data reports, translating complex datasets into clear and concise information for the Operations team's decision-making processes.

Data Tools Management:

• Manage and maintain data tools, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance to meet the evolving needs of the Operations team.

Managing Through Systems: Design practices, processes, and procedures for managing data from a distance; impact results remotely; make data systems work efficiently without constant intervention.
