DEX Trading Bot Developer (Solana + Cross-Chain)

We’re building a cutting-edge, crypto-native algo trading firm that operates across decentralized and centralized exchanges. Our mission is to provide liquidity services to under-served tokens and help projects bootstrap real market activity through smart, ethical automation.

We’re starting on Solana, focusing on automated liquidity provisioning, volume simulation bots, and real-time analytics — but our roadmap includes CEX integrations and multi-chain DEX expansion.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll be the lead engineer on our Solana DEX bot stack, helping us build and test early strategies for liquidity provision and market activity support.

Core Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain bots to interact with Solana DEXs (Raydium, Jupiter)
• Write logic for LP creation, range rebalancing, fee harvesting, and capital rotation
• Create volume simulation tools (across wallets, randomized sizes/timings)
• Integrate price feeds from aggregators (Jupiter) and oracles (Pyth/Switchboard)
• Log performance metrics and prepare data for dashboards
• Work on early versions of CEX integration bots (Binance, Bybit, OKX)

Must-Haves:

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Solana’s Web3.js or Anchor client
• Experience interacting with Solana DEXs, LPs, token accounts, and swaps
• Good understanding of DeFi mechanics: slippage, price impact, impermanent loss
• Ability to build and run bots in production (schedule, wallet signing, RPC retries)
• Familiar with wallet automation and multi-wallet scripting

Bonus Skills (CEX/Hybrid):

• Experience working with Binance / Bybit APIs (REST or WebSocket)
• Python scripting for trading bots or arbitrage strategies
• Understanding of CEX market structure (order books, limit orders, latency)
• Exposure to basic quant or trading logic
