Finance Manager

You will be building and owning fit-for-purpose financial management for a fast-growing team and supporting other teams team in financial planning, budgeting and control.

### Responsibilities

* Accounting operations including bookkeeping, cash management, receivable, payable

* Expense management (review & reimburse)

* Monthly reconciliations, analysis and prepare for monthly treasury review

* Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts

* Treasury management and multisig wallet management for crypto assets

* Develop and document internal accounting processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

### Requirements

* Passion for DeFi and cryptocurrency

* 2+ years of accounting or finance experience in a scaling startup

* Strong overall combined accounting and finance experience

* Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

* Very strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

* Proficiency in Google Sheet or MS Excel formulas

* Excellent communication skills

* Comfort in working with a small team in a very fast-paced environment

### Nice to have

* Solid understanding of the crypto market (e.g web3, Ethereum, DeFi ecosystem)

* Understanding of finance, especially derivatives trading, e.g. futures and perpetual

* Strong learning skills and an ability to learn new things in a short time

* Bonus: Strong second language
