Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and annual standalone and consolidated reports to investors and managementĀ
- Perform analysis of financial information highlighting trends, variances to comparative periods and budgets and forecasts
- Suggest updates and improvements for systems, processes, and procedures for traditional accounting and crypto accounting
- Implement and monitor effectiveness of control procedures to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Develop and grow financial controlling framework to ensure financial information is accurate, complete and relevant
- Participate in preparation of standalone and consolidated IFRS and statutory financial statements
- Collaborate with the audit company to ensure a smooth financial audit is performed in line with shareholder expectations and regulatory requirements
- Develop the financial planning process and prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for the company and the DAO
- Regularly review financial information to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Report to the Head of Finance with timely and accurate financial information
- Assist the Head of Finance in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members
Skills and requirements:
- At least 3-4+ years of relevant experience
- Interest in Blockchain technology, crypto ecosystem, and desire to learn new things
- Experience in an international environment
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive results
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and organized
