DeFi Foundation can promote and finance various activities and projects; issue, receive, hold, and spend digital blockchain based information units, but not trade them; engage with authorities to support the development and operation of the new technologies and applications for financial and metal markets and conduct all business and promote and/or enter all transactions.

This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to be at the vanguard of financial innovation, playing a key part in the auditing and risk management of our groundbreaking products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Auditing: Undertake comprehensive financial audits of new products, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and identifying potential risks.
- Risk Analysis: Gather and analyze protocol tail risks to protect our platforms, including MetalSwap, against unexpected market dynamics.
- Market Monitoring: Maintain vigilant oversight of the DeFi landscape and market trends to preemptively address and neutralize potential risks.
- Research & Development: Engage actively in R&D initiatives aimed at refining and advancing the DeFiFoundation’s platforms, including MetalSwap.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in financial risk management, ideally within the DeFi or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Robust analytical abilities and proficiency in interpreting financial data.
- Knowledgeable about blockchain technology, the cryptocurrency marketplace, and DeFi protocols, particularly those involving margin contracts and perpetuals.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking approach to risk management.
- Team-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in a remote and dynamic work setting.
