Collaborating intimately with the founder, you'll establish a high level of trust and receive the autonomy to execute on critical tasks. You'll play a pivotal role in major company projects, employing your organizational skills and collaborative prowess to shape Metaschool's trajectory. This position serves as a career springboard, imparting the expertise and confidence to ascend into a senior role earlier in your career.Reporting To: Founder Anticipate a dynamic and varied daily workload as you manage multiple projects, prioritizing them to ensure continuous progress under the founder's directive.Who You Are: A self-motivated, organized individual who thrives when managing multiple projects simultaneously. You can take minimal guidance and execute on initiatives of varying scale, contributing significantly to Metaschool’s mission.Responsibilities:

• Lead numerous projects at the discretion of the founder.
• Make executive decisions that align with Metaschool’s mission and goals.
• Oversee various operational processes including HR, payroll, and review cycles.

Example Projects:

• Leading an internal planning cycle to align teams and resources.
• Owning initiatives such as orchestrating a new course launch or partnership.
• Designing financial models for future expansions or acquisitions.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in a highly operational role with a solid background in project management.
• Exceptionally organized, capable of multitasking and thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to drive initiatives forward, lead teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, bridging ideas clearly across various teams and stakeholders.
