Your day to dayā€¦

As our Frontend Engineer your focus will be ensuring EclipseFiā€™s products have responsive and user-friendly web interfaces (across different devices and screen sizes).Ā 

Your focusā€¦Ā 

  • Develop high-performance interfaces using technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, React.Ā 
  • Collaborate on building critical frontend components for our platform, ensuring smooth data analytics, vaults and cross-chain integration/interaction.
  • Own the frontend architecture and implementation, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
  • Closely work with product, design, and engineering to turn concepts into reality.
  • Ensure the stability, security, and user experience of our products.Ā 
  • Measure application performance and continuously optimise code readability, maintainability, and performance to deliver a high-quality user experience.
  • Rapidly implement functional UI elements from design mocks, with an eye toward performance and accessibility (integrating UI testing).
  • Ensure that components are functional, high performing, elegant and mobile-friendly.
  • Documenting code and maintaining code repositories, to ensure that the development team can easily understand and modify the codebase.
  • Participating in code reviews to identify potential issues and ensure that the codebase meets quality standards.
  • Assisting with deployment, including configuring web servers, managing version control systems, and resolving any issues that arise during deployment.

Your backgroundā€¦

  • 3+ years experience in frontend dApp development with expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, React, and MongoDB (Cosmos strongly preferable)
  • Proficiency in creating responsive design systems from scratch.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend technologies and frameworks, including Middleware.
  • Familiarity with building, securing, scaling, documenting, and deploying APIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture, Git CI/CD
  • Be comfortable working under tight timelines to deliver critical business solutions, tooling, and analytics.
