Full-Stack Web Developer (Laravel)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer who excels in Laravel, PHP, Frontend, database and server-side work to join our dynamic team. As a Full-Stack Web Developer, you will be our main developer who plays a critical role in hiring, leading and managing a team of other frontend and backend developers. Your expertise will be essential in integrating Web3 technologies, building a more robust website, and ensuring seamless functionality across all layers of our project.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain scalable and secure web solutions using Laravel, PHP, and other relevant technologies.
• Enhance frontend usability and user experience by leveraging your expertise in HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate Web3 technologies, such as wallet connections, smart contract interactions and onchain data tracking into our website.
• Optimize website performance, implement database optimizations, and handle backend infrastructure management.
• Manage and optimize server configuration, deployment, and maintenance to ensure smooth and reliable performance, scalability and operation of our website.  
• Lead and manage a team of frontend and backend developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
• Support the team troubleshooting issues, and finding innovative solutions. 
• Conduct code reviews, ensure coding best practices, and contribute to improving development processes and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development and Web3 technologies, sharing knowledge with the team. 
• Research competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities to adopt.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designer, content creation, marketing and sales.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer, proficient in Laravel, PHP, and database work.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies, including HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, and JavaScript  
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies and their integration, such as Web3 wallets and smart contracts 
• Knowledge of database design, optimization, and management, with expertise in SQL and related technologies.
• Proficiency in server-side technologies and experience working with Linux-based server environments.
• Familiarity with server configuration, deployment, and management tools (e.g., Nginx). 
• Understanding of server performance optimization techniques and scalability principles.
• Knowledge of security best practices in all areas
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers, fostering collaboration and delivering high-quality projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices and deployment tools is a plus. 
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools is a plus. 
• Know how to integrate AI tools into your workflow to enhance efficiency and productivity.
