Day-to-Day

• Direct the development of epic gaming experiences, overseeing schedules, tasks, and team collaboration to bring our game to life.
• Inspire cross-functional teams of artists, designers, programmers, and testers, fostering seamless teamwork and a united vision.
• Monitor progress, tackle obstacles, and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
• Strategically manage resources, unleashing the full potential of talent and tools, fuelling creative energy and efficiency.
• Champion rigorous testing, smashing bugs, and refining gameplay, ensuring an immersive and flawless gaming adventure.

• Demonstrated experience in game production or project management, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Familiarity with the various stages of game development, from concept to release, including game design, art production, programming, and QA testing.
• Ideally you will have exposure to MMOs or MMORPGs
• Genuine enthusiasm for the gaming industry, trends, and player preferences. A strong understanding of different gaming genres and platforms is beneficial.
