We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Crypto/Web2 Raise Manager, a pivotal role focused on spearheading our token and venture capital (VC) fundraising initiatives within the fast-evolving blockchain industry. This position demands a proactive individual who is adept at navigating the complexities of tokenomics, equipped with a proven track record in managing both token and VC fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have successfully raised in excess of $10 million in token and VC funding, showcasing a robust global investor network. Your role will be critical in driving our expansion and ensuring our success across key markets in the USA, EU, and Asia.

Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy and Execution:

• Craft and implement a strategic fundraising plan, detailing objectives for both token and VC fundraising efforts.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify and engage with potential investors, leveraging your extensive contact book.
• Navigate and manage the end-to-end fundraising process, ensuring alignment with our project's goals and compliance with regulatory standards.

Investor Relations and Network Expansion:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a global network of investors, including angel investors, VCs, and institutional backers.
• Organize and participate in networking events, pitch sessions, and conferences to showcase our project and attract funding.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and investors, fostering transparency and trust.

Tokenomics and Financial Modeling:

• Work closely with the project team to develop and refine the token economic model, ensuring it aligns with our fundraising goals and market expectations.
• Analyze and propose token allocation strategies, pricing models, and distribution plans that optimize funding and support project sustainability.

Compliance and Due Diligence:

• Ensure all fundraising activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.
• Oversee due diligence processes, investor verification, and KYC/AML procedures, maintaining high standards of compliance and security.

Market Analysis and Adaptation:

• Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to adapt fundraising strategies as necessary.
• Leverage insights from market analysis to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and executing token and VC fundraising within the blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market, tokenomics, and the regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to raise in excess of $10 million in token and VC funding.
• Extensive global investor contact book and a track record of building and maintaining investor relationships.
• Proficient in project management, with the ability to lead initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• A proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to market changes and challenges.
